Project preparation
Once you have determined the project's key data, the project plan is set up in our Can Do Project Intelligence software. You determine the schedule and use of resources here. The project organization must also be established. There is an activity description for each role within the project. You can store precise target definitions on each object level for the project description. Due to the extensive system of rights, you can set the extent to which your employees can participate in planning.

Project implementation
While the project is in progress, Can Do Project Intelligence provides an active risk management system to help you maintain an overview. Project employees can compose their activity descriptions in a checklist and enter their actual times. At any time, you can generate reports with project data in real time at the press of a button.
