Can Do’s solution optimises project management at Hochschulbibliothekszentrum NRW

The hbz is planning to optimise management and control of its whole project portolio with the new software solution. The multitude of complex projects, as well as, cooperation, planning and the optimal use of resources in all departments couldn’t be realised with their previous solution.

“In a very strict selection process, Can Do Projects Intelligence turned out to be the most adequate software,” said Jan Neumann, manager of the project management center. “Most convincing for us were; the simple usability, the platform independence of the system, as well as, functions as uncertain duration planning, real time planning, active risk management and the flexible customisable report generator,” surmised Jan Neumann about the special features of Can Do.

With Can Do, small, as well as, big projects with a duration of several years get documented and managed. In addition, the hbz will check the possibility implementing Cando in other departments.
